Bridges for solutions: Cooperative Approach for Solving the Outreach Challenges of Target Groups
The publication main objective is to identify and address the unsatisfactory conditions affecting young people and, in cooperation with the various actors, to design appropriate responses to their needs or to improve existing mechanisms.
The publication is aimed at experienced professionals working with young people. The process is carried out in five steps. It involves young people as well as different partners and stakeholders. The methodology can also be applied to other groups of adults.
In the introductory part, the guide explains the purpose, objectives and other conditions for the implementation of the methodology. This is followed by a detailed description of the five steps. At the end of each step, there is a link to two other materials: the training programme and the handbook. The second part describes the experience of each participating country in piloting the methodology and the useful tools that can be used for each step of the methodology.
The material has been produced in the framework of the Erasmus+ YouthReach project, funded by the European Union for the period 2021-2024.
