Bridging Pathways with Inclusive and Transformative Outreach Frameworks: Training Programme
This document contains a general description of the training programme Achieving an Inclusive Social Context through Outreach. It presents the essential elements for the development of a systemic approach to outreach as understood by the Erasmus+ YouthReach expert partner group, which has been prepared by.
The programme is structured in chapters which justify its design, define its objectives, target group, content, duration, conditions for joining and completing the programme, competences to be acquired by the participants and evaluation. A separate section provides more detailed curricula for the modules that make up the programme. The programme provides a wide range of information on literature that can help programme providers in their implementation planning as well as participants who wish to deepen their knowledge and understanding of fieldwork. The programme is also linked to other outputs of the project: Capitalisation, a methodological guide, and a handbook for fieldwork practitioners.
