AIM
Raising awareness of the projects, programmes and events related to adult education in Slovenia, the EU and other partner countries among the professional and general public.
OBJECTIVES
To promote events, programmes and projects related to importance, roles and options of learning and education within organisations and for individuals; to present the current strategies and policies in adult education; to report on local events; to connect stakeholders.
DESCRIPTION
We publish news on events in the field of adult education and lifelong learning, report on important novelties and changes in Slovenian, EU and other legislations and post invites to meetings, conferences and other events. We present Slovenian and international projects, report on policies and strategies in the field of lifelong learning and share information on learning opportunities and resources. We promote the EPALE platform, awareness raising, information sharing, education, counselling, quality, development, research, library and other areas of SIAE activities.
ACTIVITIES
- 11 issues per year – double summer issue (July-August), around the 15th of every month
- 4 issues in English – Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
- 15 issues per year – 11 in Slovenian and 4 in English
- The Slovenian issues are issued around the 15th of every month, the English one in July and January.
- Around 20–30 publications in each issue.
