Improving guidance for working persons from the underprivileged milieu. Self-Study-Manual
This self-study manual has been produced in the Erasmus+ project ReachOut to the ‘Left-Behind’ – Improving guidance for working persons from the underprivileged milieu, 2022–2024. The main objective of the project was to increase demand and take-up of adult education through effective outreach, guidance, and motivation strategies.
The self-study-manual is intended for counsellors and all others who in their work encounter a group of working persons from underprivileged milieu and/or are professionally involved in various aspects of guidance and outreach. Based on the experience of all four partner countries (Austria, Czech Republic, Germany and Slovenia), we have written professional guidelines that aim to improve approaches for reaching out to working people from underprivileged milieu by taking into account habitus sensitive guidance.
