The decision on the appointment was made at the 5th correspondence session of the ACS Council held on 19 November 2025, on the basis of Article 22 of the Decision Establishing the Slovenia Institut for Adult Education, adopted on 4 July 2024, and Articles 40 and 41 of the Statute of the SIEA, adopted on 21 February 2025.

The term of office of the appointed members of the Professional Council of the of the SIAE lasts five years.
