Report from the 6th PIAAC International Conference

On 28 and 29 January 2020, the representatives of the core PIAAC team within the SIAE, Estera Možina, MSc, Dr Petra Javrh and Jasmina Mirčeva, MSc, attended the 6th PIAAC International Conference on adult competences in Rome.

The conference was organised by the OECD, the National Agency for Active Labour Market Policies in Italy, within the Italian Ministry of Labour and Social Policies, and the National Institute for Public Policy Analysis. Representatives from 30 countries attended the event. Selected data from the PIAAC survey were presented, and the impact of its findings on development policy planning in countries was highlighted.
