At the now well-established venue for our professional meetings over the last four years \u2013 the Grand Hotel Bernardin in Portoro\u017e \u2013 almost 300 of us gathered. As in previous years, the gender balance again leaned heavily towards women, with men accounting for only about 16% of attendees.<\/p>\n<p>Over both days, we were united by the slogan\u00a0<em>Dedicated. Thoughtful. Courageous<\/em>. This was selected even before the programme was finalised, yet every contribution aligned with it.
