global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>The University of Florence is hosting the prestigious\u00a0<a role=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hoflorence.unifi.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">International Adult and Continuing Education Hall of Fame 2024 Conference (IACE HOF Conference 2024)<\/a><i><em>,<\/em><\/i>\u00a0bringing together 130 experts in the field of adult education and lifelong learning from 26 countries.<\/p>\n<p>The event, which will take place from 7 to 9 November, will not only feature expert discussions and workshops, but will also focus on the presentation of awards to individuals who have particularly distinguished themselves in the field of adult education.<\/p>\n<p>Organised annually by the International Adult and Continuing Education Hall of Fame, the conference serves as an important platform for sharing experiences, research and best practices.<\/p>\n<p>Experts and participants will take part in panel discussions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>discussing inclusive data collection processes in adult education;<\/li>\n<li>discussing the role of universities in promoting lifelong learning and cross-border cooperation;<\/li>\n<li>discussing the importance of education in facilitating the integration of immigrants into new social settings;<\/li>\n<li>discussing the effective integration of adult learning principles into learning processes;<\/li>\n<li>presenting new approaches for personalised learning, such as micro-qualifications and individual learning Stakeholder Involvement in Adult Learning and Education, <b>Zvonka Pangerc Pahernik<\/b> of the SIAE today proudly presents to colleagues from Europe and North America the forms of cooperation and networking, using the example of the Slovenian Lifelong Learning Weeks (Tedni vse\u017eivljenjskega u\u010denja &#8211; TVU) and the Resolution on the National Programme for Adult Education in the
