In the organisations where they work, they perform and act in different roles in\u00a0<span class=\"tooltips \" title=\"\">ALE<\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/izobrazevanje.acs.si\/andragoski-poklici-in-vloge\/mentor-mentorica-pum-o\" rel=\"noopener\">Mentor in the\u00a0<span class=\"tooltips \" title=\"\">PLYA<\/span>\u00a0programme<\/a>,<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/izobrazevanje.acs.si\/andragoski-poklici-in-vloge\/vodja-in-mentor-mentorica-studijskih-krozkov\" rel=\"noopener\">Mentor for study circles<\/a>,<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/izobrazevanje.acs.si\/andragoski-poklici-in-vloge\/svetovalec-svetovalka-v-izobrazevanju-odraslih-pri-vkljucevanju-in-nadaljevanju-izobrazevanja\" rel=\"noopener\">Counsellor in adult education<\/a>,<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/izobrazevanje.acs.si\/andragoski-poklici-in-vloge\/svetovalec-svetovalka-za-kakovost-v-izobrazevanju-odraslih\" rel=\"noopener\">Quality counsellor in adult education<\/a>\u00a0and<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/izobrazevanje.acs.si\/andragoski-poklici-in-vloge\/vodja-organizator-organizatorica-izobrazevanja-odraslih\" rel=\"noopener\">Organiser of adult education<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Their stories reveal that most of them have not received any or only a tiny amount of pedagogic and andragogic education during their studies. Their motives for entering the field of ALE are very different.
