As the initiator, she designed the Slovenian model for quality assessment and development called\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/kakovost.acs.si\/en\"><span class=\"tooltips \" title=\"\">OQEA<\/span><\/a>\u00a0at\u00a0<span class=\"tooltips \" title=\"\">SIAE<\/span>\u00a0twenty years ago. The latter reflects her belief that educational organisations can systematically, objectively and comprehensively take care of their quality through self-evaluation \u2013 a central tool of the OQEA model. She has designed several tools, methods and guidelines to help participating organisations. The comprehensive approach includes, among other things, a collection of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/kakovost.acs.si\/knjizna-polica\/kazalniki-kakovosti-izobrazevanja-odraslih\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">quality indicators<\/a>\u00a0developed for the ALE.
