To facilitate coping with them, the\u00a0<span class=\"tooltips \" title=\"\">ESF<\/span>\u00a0project, called\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.zaznanje.si\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Guidance for employees,\u00a0<\/a>provides support in the form of guidance for education, which is also related to career and personal development. The target group of the project is employees, especially those less educated and over 45 years of age. The aim of the project is to increase access to and enrolment in programmes for constant bettering the competences necessary in view of the labour market demands, increased employability and mobility, personal development, and more active involvement in modern society.<\/p>\n<p>The project links two activities: guidance for education, and validation of prior learning of employees.<\/p>\n<p>The SIAE
