or move towards, the concrete gaps between training and practice, the discrepancies between the needs of populations and their modes of expression (needs), and their prise in account. Action will be taken on both levels: improvement of the skills of educators, and strengthen the quality of support practices.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_toggle title=&#8221;Read more&#8221; admin_label=&#8221;Preberi ve\u010d&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.2&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>The desired impact is to take into account the real needs of people in situations of exclusion\u00a0and in particular young adults aged 18 to 30 through a better knowledge of these audiences\u00a0and effective support. More than the response to needs, it is the construction of the response\u00a0to needs that we think it is important to evolve. The project wants to have an impact both in the construction of public responses but also in public policies that are themselves local, national and European. The project wants to have a significant impact on social work practices to move from a managerial and administrative logic to a humanistic logic.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_toggle][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.2&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.2&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_text admin_label=&#8221;Cilji&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.2&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"purple\">OBJECTIVES<\/h5>\n<p>\u200bThe main goals of the Youthreach project are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to reduce the gap between training and practice through the education of adults (whether volunteers, returnees, continuing education, etc).<\/li>\n<li>to reduce the gap between social policies and professional practices.<\/li>\n<li>to concretise adult learning and intervention strategies that strengthen greater coordination between institutions, national, regional and local authorities, social partners and civil society;<\/li>\n<li>to fight against isolation, withdrawal and the renunciation of rights by those most in difficulty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_toggle title=&#8221;Operational objectives&#8221; admin_label=&#8221;Preberi ve\u010d&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.2&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to capitalise data on four independent areas in partner countries: general public policy, the adaptation practices of street social work services in social work administrations, existing training content and training practices on the topic and existing practices of local intervention implemented by professionals.<\/li>\n<li>to design and integrate the training-action module into existing training courses for educators, youth workers, social workers who work with marginalized populations, especially young people.<\/li>\n<li>train the trainers who will implement this module in their countries.<\/li>\n<li>develop and test the methodology of outreach implementation.<\/li>\n<li>train the practitioners who will implement the outreach support methodology.<\/li>\n<li>test the low threshold outreach approaches.<\/li>\n<li>prepare a toolbox and methodological reference framework for the implementation of outreach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_toggle][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.2&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.2&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_text admin_label=&#8221;Opis&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.2&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"purple\">DESCRIPTION<\/h5>\n<p>Outreach practices are present in social, education and guidance work, both in the training of practitioners and in the implementation of outreach, but their implementation is complicated due to the combination of three dimensions: policy planning, institutional organisation and outreach practice. <\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_toggle title=&#8221;Read more&#8221; admin_label=&#8221;Preberi ve\u010d&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.2&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>The challenge of the project is therefore to bridge the gap between training and practice, to improve existing training content and to address the gap between practice and social policy.<\/p>\n<p>By developing a training module for outreach practitioners and developing outreach methodology, we will enable outreach practitioners to learn new approaches and methods of working with young adults and thus have a better chance of reaching different vulnerable groups of young adults. The developed outreach methodology will also provide practitioners with additional skills to implement the outreach.<\/p>\n<p>The toolkit will help social workers, educators, other experts and volunteers with concrete materials and sources of information. It will include jointly developed awareness-raising strategies for vulnerable people in different socio-cultural contexts.
