header_5_text_color=&#8221;#ffffff&#8221; header_5_font_size=&#8221;17px&#8221; header_5_line_height=&#8221;27px&#8221; custom_margin=&#8221;||0px|&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;||0px|&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"purple\">AIM<\/h5>\n<p>The general aim of the proposed activities is to promote the new European Agenda for Adult Learning (<a href=\"https:\/\/data.consilium.europa.eu\/doc\/document\/ST-14485-2021-INIT\/en\/pdf\">new EAAL<\/a>) and continue to coordinate its implementation in line with existing national endeavours in Slovenia and with special regard to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>continuously increasing participation in adult learning, especially that of low-qualified adults, other educationally deprived groups as well as the adult population as a whole;<\/li>\n<li>calling attention to two strands of adult learning: \u2018up- and re-skilling\u2019 (primarily for work and acquired through formal but also non-formal education and learning) and \u2018skills for life and work\u2019 (acquired primarily through non-formal and informal learning);<\/li>\n<li>strengthening the liaison with the network of adult learning providers (active in traditional as well as non-traditional learning environments), relevant ministries and many other stakeholders, such as social partners, companies, relevant non-governmental organisations and civil society organisations \u2013 all with the attempt to link policy measures on adult learning and broader socio-economic policies with expertise and practice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"purple\">OBJECTIVES<\/h5>\n<p>Main\u00a0objectives of the current project are to support:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the implementation of the new European Agenda for Adult Learning (<a href=\"https:\/\/data.consilium.europa.eu\/doc\/document\/ST-14485-2021-INIT\/en\/pdf\">new EAAL<\/a>),<\/li>\n<li>the Upskilling Pathways Recommendation;<\/li>\n<li>the European Pillar of Social Rights and its Action plan;<\/li>\n<li>the European Year of Skills (new action: contributing to the implementation of its four objectives and providing grounds for its legacy \u2013 with special emphasis on green and digital transition);<\/li>\n<li>the Pact for Skills (new action: joining the Pact as individual member as well as explore possibilities for establishing local partnerships in line with its principles).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_toggle admin_label=&#8221;More&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>Specific objectives of this project are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to address the topic of skills for life and work, mainly with two events and several videos on role-models;<\/li>\n<li>to cooperate with the ministry of labour and the PES in the field of skills intelligence and skills forecast, and as a result, complement the existing national portal on adult learning supply with data on future demand;<\/li>\n<li>to explore the initiative Pact for Skills in order to create partnerships \u2013 also at local level;<\/li>\n<li>to continue monitoring policy measures and examples of good practice in the UP portal;<\/li>\n<li>to contribute to the national coordination of the European Year of Skills, among many other activities also with one conference, a dedicated website, and video stories;<\/li>\n<li>to communicate and disseminate project activities, achievements and impacts based on a systematic communication strategy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_toggle][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; Poudarek je na pridobivanju temeljnih zmo\u017enosti in drugih klju\u010dnih kompetenc odraslih. Projekt je sestavni del <a href=\"http:\/\/tvu.acs.si\/datoteke\/EPUO2016\/final_compendium_2015.pdf\">raznolikih prizadevanj dr\u017eav \u010dlanic EU<\/a>, da pod vodstvom Evropske komisije v \u010dim ve\u010dji meri uresni\u010dijo strate\u0161ke usmeritve novega akcijskega na\u010drta za u\u010denje odraslih in ga pribli\u017eajo vsem javnostim.<p>[\/accordion-item]\r\n[\/accordion]\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n[accordion]\r\n[accordion-item title=\"Opis\"]\r\n<p>Projektne dejavnosti pomenijo nadaljevanje projekta Uresni\u010devanje prenovljenega EPUO 2014\u20132015 v Sloveniji, katerega klju\u010dna rezultata sta Parada u\u010denja in strokovni dogodki EPUO 2015 za spodbujanje razvoja temeljnih zmo\u017enosti odraslih za \u0161tiri ciljne skupine \u2013 mlade, brezposelne, priseljence in pode\u017eelsko prebivalstvo. V letu 2016 bodo strokovni dogodki EPUO nadgrajeni. \u0160tirje od sedmih bodo \u0161e naprej nagovarjali izobra\u017eevalno prikraj\u0161ane, prej omenjene ciljne skupine, pri treh pa bo poudarek na pridobivanju klju\u010dnih kompetenc za bolj\u0161o zaposljivost pripadnikov treh ciljnih skupin: mladih brezposelnih, dolgoro\u010dno brezposelnih in zaposlenih, pri vseh pa gre za odrasle z nizko stopnjo izobrazbe\/kvalifikacij.
