According to SURS, the share of the population aged 65 or over is steadily increasing; in the first half of 2016, the share was 18.7 % (SURS, 2017). According to EUROPOP (EUROSTAT, 2011), there will be twice as many older people than children in the EU in 2050, and Slovenia is expected to reach such a ratio in 2035.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_toggle title=&#8221;Read more&#8221; admin_label=&#8221;More&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>The group of older people is marginalized for various reasons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>due to the overrepresentation of older people in lower paid and lower valued occupations, as they are often seen as a less flexible workforce;<\/li>\n<li>due to lower investment in older workers;<\/li>\n<li>early retirement, which is often the simplest solution to staff changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Education and training are often key to bridging generational disparities and a key component of many solutions, strategies and policies aimed at improving the quality of life and work and maintaining higher-age jobs. More flexible and less vulnerable are those companies that systematically take care of the development of all employees. An appropriate level of education and training of employees, which enables the acquisition of a wide range of key competencies, is important for achieving higher competitiveness of companies and maintaining jobs. Nosilec projekta je Javni \u0161tipendijski, razvojni, invalidski in pre\u017eivninski sklad R Slovenije. Andrago\u0161ki center Slovenije sodeluje pri vrednotenju programa. <\/p>\r\n[\/accordion-item]\r\n[\/accordion]\r\n\r\n\r\n[accordion]\r\n[accordion-item title=\"Cilji\"]<p>Cilji vrednotenja:  <\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>vmesno vrednotenje programa Celovita podpora podjetjem za aktivno staranje delovne sile,  <\/li>\r\n<li>vmesno in kon\u010dno vrednotenje 1. javnega razpisa za sofinanciranje - Podpora delodajalcem pri oblikovanju in uveljavljanju strategij in\/ali na\u010drtov ukrepov za u\u010dinkovito upravljanje s starej\u0161imi zaposlenimi); <\/li>\r\n<li>vmesno in kon\u010dno vrednotenje 1. javnega razpisa za sofinanciranje \u2013 Pilotni projekti  razvoja in uvedbe inovativnih re\u0161itev za ohranjanje zavzetosti, produktivnosti in u\u010dinkovitosti starej\u0161ih zaposlenih; <\/li>\r\n<li>vrednotenje delavnic U\u010dinkovito upravljanje s starej\u0161imi zaposlenimi; <\/li>\r\n<li>strokovni pregled\/recenzijo Kataloga ukrepov za u\u010dinkovito upravljanje s starej\u0161imi zaposlenimi.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n[\/accordion-item]\r\n[\/accordion]\r\n\r\n\r\n[accordion]\r\n[accordion-item title=\"Opis\"]<p>Slovenija se uvr\u0161\u010da med dr\u017eave EU z najhitrej\u0161im nara\u0161\u010danjem dele\u017ea  starej\u0161ih prebivalcev. Po podatkih SURSa se dele\u017e prebivalcev starih 65 ali ve\u010d let vztrajno pove\u010duje; v prvi polovici 2016 je dele\u017e zna\u0161al  18,7 % (SURS, 2017). Po podatkih EUROPOPA (EUROSTAT, 2011) bo v EU leta 2050, dvakrat toliko starej\u0161ih  kot otrok, Slovenija pa naj bi tako razmerje dosegla \u017ee leta 2035. <\/p>\r\n<p>\r\nSkupina starej\u0161ih je marginalizirana iz razli\u010dnih razlogov: zaradi  nadzastopanosti starej\u0161ih v manj pla\u010danih in ni\u017eje vrednotenih poklicih, ker so pogosto obravnavani kot manj fleksibilna delovna sila; zaradi ni\u017ejih vlaganj v starej\u0161e delavce, in prezgodnje upokojitve, ki je pogostokrat najenostavnej\u0161a re\u0161itev pri kadrovskih spremembah.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\nIzobra\u017eevanje in usposabljanje sta pogosto klju\u010dna  za premostitev generacijskih razlik in klju\u010dna sestavina mnogih re\u0161itev, strategij in politik, namenjenih izbolj\u0161evanju kakovosti \u017eivljenja in dela  ter ohranjevanje delovnih mest vi\u0161jih starostnih kategorij. Fleksibilnej\u0161a in manj ranljiva so pa tista podjetja, ki sistemati\u010dno skrbijo za razvoj  vseh zaposlenih.  Ustrezna raven izobra\u017eevanja in usposobljenosti zaposlenih, ki omogo\u010da pridobivanje \u0161irokega spektra klju\u010dnih kompetenc, je pomembna za doseganje vi\u0161je konkuren\u010dnosti podjetij in ohranjevanje delovnih mest.
