Non-formal education and learning are not aimed at acquiring a qualification level.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The objectives<\/strong> of non-formal education and learning remain the same as they had been:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>getting to know the beauty of knowledge and its acquisition;<\/li>\n<li>making those who do not see the need for knowledge want to learn;<\/li>\n<li>providing education and learning to those who simply do not have (enough) opportunities to do so.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We devote a lot of attention to projects associated with non-formal education and learning: from the design to conceptual solutions, development of new forms, methods and programmes, transfer into practice, professional support for practitioners and their training to the monitoring and incorporation of non-formal education and learning into the systemic as well as the care for further development.<\/p>\n<p>We have developed various non-formal education and learning projects: study circles and reading study circles, Self-Directed Learning Centres, knowledge exchanges, programmes for younger adults (Project Learning for Younger Adults \u2013 PUM and PUM-O), literacy programmes, programme aimed at the training for sustainable development and programmes for the initial integration of immigrants. The majority of the mentioned projects have become well-established in Slovenia and demand for them is on the rise. S tem \u017eelimo omogo\u010diti raznolike mo\u017enosti za izobra\u017eevanje in u\u010denje:<\/p>\r\n\t<ul>\r\n\t\t<li>ne le za zadovoljevanje potreb trga dela temve\u010d tudi:<\/li>\r\n\t\t<li>za osebni razvoj posameznikov,<\/li>\r\n\t\t<li>za razvoj lokalnega okolja,<\/li>\r\n\t\t<li>za spoznavanje in ohranjanje naravne in kulturne dedi\u0161\u010dine,<\/li>\r\n<li>za zagotavljanje dostopa do izobra\u017eevanja in u\u010denja ranljivim ciljnim skupinam. <\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<\/ul>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<p>Pri neformalnem izobra\u017eevanju in u\u010denju ne gre za prilo\u017enostno nabiranje informacij in izku\u0161enj, saj je organizirano, na\u010drtovano in praviloma prilagojeno potrebam odraslih. Neformalno izobra\u017eevanje in u\u010denje nista namenjena pridobivanju javno priznane stopnje izobrazbe. <\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Cilji neformalnega izobra\u017eevanja in u\u010denja ostajajo isti kot neko\u010d:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>spoznati lepoto znanja in njegovega pridobivanja,<\/li>\r\n\t<li>jo pribli\u017eati tistim, ki je sami ne prepoznajo,<\/li>\r\n\t<li>omogo\u010diti izobra\u017eevanje in u\u010denje tistim, ki zanj preprosto nimajo (dovolj) mo\u017enosti. <\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>\u017de od svojega za\u010detka delovanja do danes ACS namenja veliko pozornosti projektom na podro\u010dju neformalnega izobra\u017eevanja in u\u010denja in sicer od zasnove in konceptualnih re\u0161itev, razvoja novih oblik, na\u010dinov in programov, prenosa v prakso, strokovne podpore izvajalcem in njihovega usposabljanja, spremljanja, do sistemskega ume\u0161\u010danja in skrbi za nadaljnji razvoj. <\/p>\r\n\r\n<p> Med projekte neformalnega izobra\u017eevanja in u\u010denja, ki so bili razviti na ACS, sodijo \u0161tudijski kro\u017eki in bralni \u0161tudijski kro\u017eki, sredi\u0161\u010da za samostojno u\u010denje, borze znanja, programa za mlaj\u0161e odrasle (PUM in PUM-O), programi na podro\u010dju pismenosti, program usposabljanja za trajnostni razvoj in program za za\u010detno integracijo priseljencev. Ve\u010dina teh projektov se je v Sloveniji uveljavila, interes zanje nara\u0161\u010da. Nekateri med njimi so bili nagrajeni in prepoznani kot primeri dobre prakse tudi na mednarodni ravni.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Zato so oblike in na\u010dini neformalnega u\u010denja v Sloveniji odvisni od\u00a0ustanov in povezav s tistimi, ki odlo\u010dajo o porazdelitvi sredstev - v ob\u010dini, dr\u017eavi in v tujini, predvsem pa od posameznikov, ki se u\u010dijo, in tistih, ki tako u\u010denje spodbujajo in vodijo.<\/p>\r\n<p>Ponosni smo na dose\u017eke <a href=\"http:\/\/sk.acs.si\/\" target=\"_blank\">\u0161tudijskih kro\u017ekov<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/portalssu.acs.si\/ssu\" target=\"_blank\">sredi\u0161\u010d za samostojno u\u010denje<\/a> in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.borzaznanja.si\/\" target=\"_blank\">borz znanja<\/a> \u2013 projektov torej, ki so bili zasnovani, razviti, spremljani in dokumentirani ter tudi mednarodno predstavljeni ter nagrajeni pod okriljem Andrago\u0161kega centra Slovenije.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><em>Prihodnost pripada tistim, ki se nau\u010dijo,
